Kenneth Rayford 

Has an extensive background in the subculture of street life, Mr. Rayford was able to acquire an associate of arts in business, an associate of arts in computer science as well as a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Sociology and Psychology. Mr. Rayford graduated with honors! He also received a master’s degree in sociology again graduating with honors from the University of Kansas. This is his story about growing up in a society marked by racial injustice and prejudice, as well as his exposure to destructive behaviors through the media. In sharing his  difficult past, it is his goal that the reader understands the importance of redirecting one’s activities, pursuing education, and adopting a healthier lifestyle to become their  true and best self. This is his story of redemption seven decades in the making.
